Have 2008 Toyota Camry with a B2799 code. Immobilizer bad. Wanted over 13Thousand dollars to fix. Haley wanted over 6Thousand. Had Trey at Allen Tire look at it. Wouldn’t even show any codes after Loyalty looked at it. Found bent pin on wire harness under dash. Fixed that B2799code oil change and Inspection for over 17 HUNDRED. Been driving as primary for week and half. Starts and runs great. Unbelievable

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Loyalty. This was our 4th purchase from them. This was hands down the best experience We have ever had. Let me first say, working with SK was amazing. Very knowledgeable and he took the time to listen to our needs. He found the right car for us. Second comes Austin. He is one of the best sales manegers we have ever delt with. He knew where our numbers needed to be and he got us there with no problems. Third and final. About 4 years ago I purchased a car from Tina at Loyalty Nissan and to our surprise she is now the finance manager for Toyota!!! She is absolutely amazing!!! We truly felt like we were at home. She took us through the final steps flawlessly. We love everything about Loyalty. We are loyalty customers for life!! I am leaving one person out from Loyalty VW. I will leave his review on Loyalty VW website. We had a small minor issue after taking possession of our new vehicle. Again I'm gonna give SK a solid shout out!! We were finally on the road about 11 pm from Loyalty. At midnight, I texted SK about an issue we were having. I never expected to hear from him. Within seconds he answered me back and was getting the ball rolling for the minor repair we needed. You will never get that kind of service from any other dealer in this country.

This was my review one year ago getting a brand new 2023 RAV4. Today I take it back. Within a year this RAV4 has been in and out of service center 6 or 7 times for the CarPlay issue that they never been able to fix, which I’m able to deal with. But until this Thanksgiving, the whole gear shift part came off while I was driving on the highway. Their response is, all they can do is when this car has problems they will fix it, nothing else they can do. NOTHING THEY CAN DO UNLESS SOMETHING HAPPENS. Apparently if you are getting a brand new Toyota from Loyalty, prepare yourself to keep coming to the service center for all kinds of problems and they can’t do anything about it besides fixing the faulty car they sold you at first. Oh also, if you want to trade in your faulty car they sold you first back to them, you need to pay another tons of money to get an exact same car. And if you are the lucky one to get another faulty car from them, prepare to pay another tons of money to get ANOTHER new car, basically a fraud. Wanna file a complaint? All they will do is to toss you a number to Toyota, and off you go, they won’t help you with anything, BUT they can HIDE the service history of your gear shift part came off, so the manufacturer won’t be able to see it at all!

I bought a car here 3 weeks ago, while I was driving on the road, it suddenly deflated and couldn't run that night, and I changed the spare tire, the next day I went to Toyota Loyaty to explain, I got the tire changed, but I didn't get a warranty and I paid a sum of money, I don't know why, I hope it can be fixed, I'm not satisfied, customer service told me that if I want to get a warranty on the tire, it takes 4 months, what do you think about this way of car warranty? In the US, I work far away, how can I go without a car, if I wait that long, will I lose my job?

Service center is a SCAM. We purchased a used car ($18kish mind you) back in November. We never got a sticker for when the oil change would be due. We did put some miles on the car, so we scheduled an appointment. The check engine light had also come on so we just figured it'd be from needing an oil change (for reference, my older cars engine light comes on when I'm in need of an oil change) Not only did my partner show up early, he was harassed IMMEDIATELY by a woman who wanted to give him an offer for the car and *get him into something nicer* LOL WHAT? she valued the car at a pathetic $9k, mind you LAST MONTH we paid more than that. Just insane. BUT we then learn, we're not due for an oil change, but they rotated the tires AND CHARGED US 200$ TO TELL US OUR GAS CAP WAS CRACKED AND THEY PUT ON AN OLD DIRTY USED ONE INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING US AN OPTION TO GO SPEND $20 AT AUTO ZONE. YUCK. absolutely NOTHING but SCAM ARTISTS. I can't wait for the pathetic attempt to reply to this and ask us to "call them" so I'm sure they can say "sorry you had a bad time" lol. It's a little more than that. I'd like my money back but they won't do anything but make excuses.

2019: Bought a car in March with a trade in; sat in the dealership for over 5 hours just waiting for the finance manager, alone, because the sales rep was no where to be found. I also told the sales rep to only run my credit through one specific credit agency, but he ran it through all of it anyways. I tried explaining to him that all those inquiries stay on your credit for 2 years and he didn't seem to understand or care. When I finally got to the finance office, the guy repeatedly asked me if I wanted to purchase extra warranties and stuff even though I kept declining. It took them a month to process all the paperwork, told me I had to come in and give them more information. This caused the payment for my trade-in to be late and affected my credit. Update: 12/2024 Expect to wait 2 1/2+ hours after your scheduled service appointment time (and you’ve been sitting and waiting in their building) to find out they haven’t even touched your vehicle yet. For an oil change and inspection. And you were upfront about having a time constraint. They best they do is offer a “free detail” next time you come in. What about my valuable time? Worth it to just pay to go to a small 10 min oil change place and not here.
